I can not find the General Rules for NP Forum. Need Help

I tried but could not find where is the General Rules for NP Forum.
I want to promote my new launched Domainer Forum by put a link in my signature, but not sure it is allowed or not.

Could any one tell me the answer or give me a link to the NP Forums General Rule?

I believe you are specifically NOT allowed to advertise other domain forums on NamePros; everything else is fine.
