This is for the parking experts or with people who have experience in this. I am ranking #1 on a keyword, getting natural SE traffic, if I move it to parking page, will I lose all positions in google?

Yes you will, I have had this happen to me. Google doesnt like parking pages too much.

Depending on the links to the website currently you may still get some traffic even after you fall out of the serps.

Entrepreneur888: Ok thank you so much for clearing this up with me. That is also what I thought, as people would hate to see #1 to be a parked page full of sponsor links and no content.

Yes you will lose it, might be better to put up an MFA site.

made for adsense

a mini-site basically, with unique content so google doesn't de-index you.

No problem, Ive tested this with a few sites, Google finds them and bumps them off usually pretty quick.

yes it happens rather fast..

I have tried this a few times, but generally I find the adsense sites to be converting better, make sure you got your ads in prominent places and have a 336 above the fold that either glides seemingly into the design or is the total opposite of the design (measure conversion to determine)...

one word of advice though be careful with MFA, make sure you have a navigation and contact us, about us and privacy policy on that site otherwise chances are high to lose your adsense account someday...

Toni I'm not aware of Google's TOS requiring an "about us" section on each web-site - is that new? Are you able to post a link to the details of that requirement. I would hate to jeoardize my google adsense account over a missed requirement like that.

Thanks for the help

google works in mysterious ways and in order to keep your account safe I would recommend putting an about us to look/be more legit (I don't recall about us being mentioned in the TOS)..

Here is my Ban notice from Adsense (they also kept all not payed out earnings - I was running like 200 websites - 5 being purely MFA they must have found these):

It is important for a site displaying AdSense to offer significant value
> to the user by providing unique and relevant content, and not to place
ads
> on pages with little to no original content. Additionally, Google ads
may
> not be placed on non-content-based pages.
>
> Your site should also provide a good user experience through clear
> navigation and organization. Users should be able to easily click
through
> your pages and find the information they are seeking.

every serious site has an about us and I would say if your site has no about us your not a serious site LOL

from reading this note, I think every MFA, and semi MFA site is in danger even the ones where the developer lost interest and abandonned the project...

What they said in that note is a restatement of their website quality guidelines. It does say very clearly in the Adsense progarm policies that your site must abide by the quality guidelines.

An "about us" and/or contact form isn't mentioned in the Adsense policies, but it IS a quality factor for Adwords advertisers, because it provides the required transparency.

Certainly wouldn't hurt to include them on your Adsense sites, but they're not going to pull the plug on your account JUST for not having them.
