Hello everyone,

Im sure you remember me as Domainsell1387.

Before you start turing your heads, i want to appoligize for my actions as a previous NP'er. What I did was wrong, and i take full responsibilty.

I have been banned for an entire year and I have really thought about things over that period of time. I hope that each and everyone of you, weither you are new to this forum or not, accept my appoligies.

I hope I can make a new name for myself, It will be hard, but I know I can do it.

Hi Andrew,

I'm not sure where you got the impression it was okay to join up again and start selling on NamePros after being banned for fraud (link - the fun starts on page 4.) It has not been an entire year; it was barely eight months ago.

I do appreciate the apology though, and hope you've matured and gotten your act together as you say. I recognize your participation at NamePros was positive prior to that event, but after it I was left with a bad taste so I remain skeptical. Have you established a good reputation in any other communities over the last eight months? Why should we lift the suspension?

Second chances are not unheard of here, but we rarely would consider reinstatement for someone with whom outright fraud has been proven. I'm undecided on this one at the moment and may need some additional opinions from staff and fellow members. I'll leave your new account and this thread open, but please don't start any new sales threads in the marketplace or contests forum until a final decision has been made.

I think info on "other communities" is a good starting point. Also, I agree that you should provide a reason for the early(if ever) lift of the suspension.

Last,I do not think you should be posting in threads to sell anything or earn $NP.

I wasn't a member at the time,But i have a 0 tolerance for scammers,I see you have apologized and have taken responsability for your actions,As i read RJs post i see that there was complete evidence of your actions,Therefore i will have to say i do hope you don't get reinstatment at NPs,Sounds harsh?? Perhaps.But i have a 0 tolerance for scammers and fraud is a deceptive and very selfish crime imo,None the less the decision is not mine to make.And after reading the whole scam thread,Very well premeditated.
