I remember there was few threads about the use of Hyphens in DN and someone suggested that Google it recognized an Hyphen as a blank space, so that a two word DN based on good keywords should have had some privilege since it would have given an higher number of results .

Something is changed I have tryed few keywords either with hyphen and without , and search results are quite differents: hyphened keywords give much less results.

Does it mean that the value of DN's with hyphen, further fall?

Maybe...but if you can get text-book.com I'd say thats a pretty valuable name, no matter how google treats the results.

IMO if you have a developed Hypened Domain then it can go for 4 or 5 figures depending on the keyword and traffic of the domain, recently earn-a-degree-online.com went for $600 at sedo, look at the history of this domain http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://earn-a-degree-online.com/

Casting-x.com went for 2,000 euros at sedo . It is also a developed domain.

I just tried it, and google still treats the hyphen exactly the same as a space.

TV ads like the names with -
it is easier to view that way.

From the hyphen sales I have seen over the past year they are not falling anywhere :hehe:

They seem to be a far cheaper alternative to endusers who can't afford to pay $120,000 for a strong, two keyword domain.

Some people obviously prefer them too as mentioned by cache regarding TV ads !
