Hyphenated 4 word domain name with 12000 avg monthly searches

Hi ,i have a question about how can i value a Hyphenated 4 words product related generic domain name.This is an exact keyword match domain name.

i read that hyphenated domain names are like 10% less than the same domain name without hyphens but i also would like to know how such a long domain name (4 words) can affect the price even if it has a high amount of searches per month in google(12000 in this case)

-How difficult would it be to sell a domain name like this ?(have you seen these type of domain names sell before?)

Its one thing that the phrase has 12K exact searches, and completely another thing when we talk about where that search traffic actually ends up and what websites are ranking high for the search term and what websites are not. Just owning an EMD means little if you have no ranking.
