How to check age of one domain ?
If we just buy new domain, could we sell it, I means sell it not in reg fee ?
And how to decide one price when I'm going to sell one domain name ?

Just do a "who is".
Many sites provide this service; one of my favourites is iwhois.com.

..there are many different valuation approaches; take a look at the "domain appraisals" forum and the "View Appraisal Methods and Profile for ..." of every appraiser to have an initial idea.

As RJ says, a domain is worth the price that someone is willing to pay..
So IMHO you have to give appraisals the right weight.
