There are a few things to consider upfront:
How active is the forum? How many new posts per day, what's the momentum?
Not just how many registered members, but how many members with an average post count of 1+/day.
Once all these numbers check out successfully, then there's the big one left to ask: How much revenue through affiliates and PPC? Once you've done your positive math on it, you start subtracting: Hosting, Admins/Mods, Advertising, Time Investment from you, vBulletin License and continuous upgrades/support, etc. In the end, you'll arrive at a number that the board would present at this very moment. Voila` ;)

Totally depnds on the main topic. I have a forum with a close knit group of people that spam each other, but have a great time.

I am a member of another forum that has 250K members, and it kind of sucks because mods are like nazi's and the topic is old and boring, but people still go there.

I would pay a lot more for the small one if it was a good forum.

You're asking about the worth of the forum. It's irrelevant, as your names aren't developed. Once you get them to that point (not an easy task just because you have the domains), your own personal statistics should make the worth apparent.

yes it is relevant to me because manilatonight.com seem to have the right
formula for a great forum .
and someone needs to apply that to my tonght.com domains .
could be on a winner here .
thanks for the input.

I guess it all depends on the revenue. :)

the bigger your revenue, the bigger your domain + forum is worth :)
