Question about a .com website name

hi, i have searched the overture site to find keywords on a certain subject, and i found a 3 word search that had over 80,000+ searches in dec.05, and putting those three words together and making it a .com is STILL available.

my question is this

i know if you have the words of a search in your website name, it helps it to popup high in ranks (top 3 more or less). i want to know, with 80,000 searches in 1 month for that certain word combo, do you think its worth it to buy the .com and develop the site, add adsense, ect. or should i buy it and sell it?

i wont put the .com name up as someone might purchase it before i do, but i would like to know what you think about 80,000 searches for what the .com name would be.

ie: say you go to www.google.com and type in "your search here" ... my dot com would be www.yoursearchhere.com (obviously this isnt the one i am considering, but this is what i mean by it).

do you think it would be worth it at all, and would my website be at the top 3 most of the time, if i submit to search engines, get good meta tags, keywords, ect.

Buy it develop it atleast some and then sell it. You will make far more money on average that way.

ok, ill more than likely sell the design and content also, so it wont just be the name, but the whole "brand" so to say...

I think it would be worth to buy, but you can't guarantee the SE positions.
