question How to valuate a domain with a "é" in it?

How would you valuate a domain with a "é" in it? I was trying to use estibot to get a rough idea, but it and anything like it changes the "é" to an "e". It has 522K searches and is a single very well known word. The .com is taken, but looking to pick it up in a ccTLD.

Went ahead and bought it so I can say it now, Latté.de But still would like to know how to valuate this.

That character doesn't exist in German..
