How to translate??

guys,
how do you translate pages? i know about google and altavista babelfish as free options but they dont seem to work for sites that u need to log in.

does anyone know how to get a really good translation system with the flags at top that you clcik for example that is free or cheap and works even once people loggen in??????

Systran released some desktop software awhile back that could do this...is this what you had in mind?

If you want a web translation service to translate a page, it has to be able to get it somehow. Look into google's translate API...you may be able to pass the page contents to the server as base64 or something.
