How to trade domains (no money involved) with another party?

How can one safely trade domains with another party?

For example, if I am trading 1 domain to another party for 3 of his domains, how can I ensure a safe transaction? Do any of the registrars offer this service?

Any ideas?

To my knowledge, no one is providing such a service yet.

There's a platform but they don't handle the actual swapping for you, SwapNam...I mean Zuho.

I suppose you can do the trading via Escrow and split the transaction fee or something.
