How to retrieve control over my domain ?

I am still owner of domain in question but it was registered with my old address telephone and email (which does not exist anymore). It is still registered under my name.

Additionally I see that my domain was moved (without my permission) from Network Solutions to some Australian Registrar !!!!

Can anyone tell me what is the procedure to retrieve my domain from registrar?

There isn't exactly any step-by-step procedure since it varies from registrar
to registrar. But I'll tell you this: contact your "original" registrar and persist it
with them if the domain name really means a lot to you.

Don't expect this to be resolved immediately. It will take time, and there's no
assurance it'll be fixed to everyone's benefit either.

Since it seems netsol is the one you originally had your domain name with, do
call them, give as much specifics as possible, and continue to followup. I know
for a fact their 1st-level support will escalate this to their corporate office for
any and all potential legal issues once any and all details are provided.

Sounds like that aussie registrar is Melbourne IT.
