Hello all,

I sold thousands domains using BIN and now I'm using "make offer" only on my domains.

I currently use dan + godaddy auctions + sedo (afternic dont work with make offer and is replaced with godaddy+sedo)

On landers I see a lot of domains negotiated, agreement reached but the payment never comes.

I dont have the same problem with godaddy, and for sedo, i only have a very few leads, but for the moment all of them are paid.
I used godaddy as landers using a VPS to redirect visitors to godaddy's search results, leads are coming but had a lot of unpaid domains as many customers have new godaddy accounts in this case.

To me , an upfront small payment like domainagents is maybe the solution (but their solution use escrow.com only and it's a big bulshit for non US buyers/sellers), so I cannot test it for the moment.

How would you reduce unpaid domains ?

I cannot raise the min. offer, I see about the same % of unpaid domains at 100 or 200.
I cannot change my domains !

thanks,
David.

I make it pretty clear on my contact pages I don't put up with nonsense.

Set a bin after agreement is reached and tell them you donโ€™t officially accept offers due to non paying bidders but that the BIN is in place should they choose to buy. For small flips just a bin.
