So I just got a pretty good domain at NameCheap today. I'm trying to park the domain at Sedo but cant figure out how.

Under redirection there is already a redirect:
mydomain(dot)com -> full domain (with http)

Now I added two other redirects:
mydomain(dot)com -> ns1(dot)sedoparking(dot)com
mydomain(dot)com -> ns2(dot)sedoparking(dot)com

Is this correct? It doesn't seem to work. At the bottom of the page there is an option to turn on/off domain parking, do I need to change something there?

No, it's wrong. ns1(dot)sedoparking(dot)com is nameserver, not redirect.
