How to optimize

hi,
i have parked some names on sedo.com and i do not know how to optimize
keywords for my domains
example - i have this pr3 name www.**xteens.us which gets abt 100 visits a month and have earned us $ 0.60 this month
i think i can get more visits and clicks if optimized nicely.but i dont know how to do it.plz help
i have these names also there
www.tutorialblog.com,
www.medischeme.com,
www.nyry.com
and these indian names
www.netbanking.co.in,
www.share.co.in,
www.adultvideo.co.in
what keywords should i put for these names
plz give some tips

goto the domain options in sedo, and change the keywords to what u want them to be.

adult would be a good keyword
