At times, you may have lots of interested people and other times you barely get any auction views and fail to sell your domain name. In most cases and with other platforms, you simply can relist your domain name…and hopefully this time it sells.

It’s always important to get a good amount of watchers on your Flippa auctions not only because it gives you a better chance for a bidding war but because of situations like this.

I can't comment on that because hasn't happened to me, I believe. I'm just sharing my experiences using the platform overall.

From what I read, the policy allows employees to bid against buyers without the buyers knowledge. Flippa's CEO, David Slutzkin, said employees can bid at Flippa auctions if the Sellers are informed. Sounds to me like they want to keep the buyers uninformed. What buyer in his/her right mind would participate in such an auction?
