advice How to make a sale by reaching to end user?

I have a geo domain with the name liveinpennsylvania.com .All the other state names are taken I think I was lucky to grab hold of this name.The state has a large population too. How should i outbound this domain name and how much should i sell it for?? This is my second domain kindly help me through this. Thank you.
