BuyDomains.com is a market like Afternic or Sedo,
so i can list domains for sale or no?

You can't list your domains for sale on BuyDomains, it is not a market for resellers. The company lists their own domains just like hugedomains.com or domainmarket.com, whereas on Afternic and Sedo everybody can list their names for sale.
