Hello,

When we view a website,
How to know a website was designed by what software/language ?

example:
internet.bs

-> If we see it have .html -> it mean this site was designed by dreamweaver !

No.

You could use dreamweaver, sure. You could also use a text editor and type out the html by hand, or use one of the other many html editors available.

I don't think that there is any way that tell you the source of the website especillay through the new softwares as dreamweaver that will use codes and desings and can mix betweeen them together

Its hard to say , because you can also add any exension in wordpress also , that does't means that the site is in that extension .
E.G you can add .html extension in wordpress but the wordpress is in php .

Several questions here.

Language: could be anything, whether you see endings like .php .asp .html .htm or no endings like wordpress.com/example does not necesessarily tell you what language it is really in.

Software: do you mean design program like Dreamweaver or Kompozer, or a CMS - content management system - like Wordpress, Joomla?
In your browser if you click view>source you see the source code of any web page, if you search there for words like dreamweaver, wp or wordpress, drupal and so on you may get info.

Why do you want to know? What do you need the info for?

I don't think that there is any way that tell you the source of the website especially through the new softwares as dreamweaver that will use codes and designs and can mix between them together. This is an online translator that you can use for free. Paste the text you want translated and choose the languages. You can also choose the subject of your text to get a more accurate result.
