How to increase value of the domain?

Hi,

Is there any way through which we can increase the value of the domain and parked domain is ok or to build some website on a domain?

Developing the Domain will increase the value (building a website), this alone should have increased the value a bit (I'd say the average goodlooking homemade and customized design - mid $xx) afer this you'll need to start building traffic to this website and start making revenue and then you'll have a real valuable online real estate for which you'll easily find buyers in places like Flippa or even in the forums but at that point you might enjoy the passive revenue so much that you no longer want to sell it :D...

Sounds easy is not...

To increase the domain value you have to do alot of work .Google prefers high pr domain . Cause high pr domain comes above in the ranking.The main asset of any domain is its visitors.

I like to use WhyPark, thats where i park my domains. You can build a nice "parked" page with apps, content and more. plus they give you stats and any help you might need. i have beeen using them for a couple years now with no issues.
