Yes I do, but I don't undertake any professional projects for SEO right now. My own projects are enough to keep me busy..

Development is the best method of increasing value of any domain name..

Seriously, if they aren't good, they won't sell. Cut losses and be a wiser buyer next time.
The worst one can do is to cling on to bad domains and continue wasting money on renewals.

Not only lipstick but li'l bit makeup can fetch good (or say 10x more amount of reg fee) for .com domains.. It totally depends how it is developed and how it is being accepted (rank, traffic, cpc etc) I agree that renewal fees for domains like khewfjhwjfjsm.com (crap) is waste of money

It can fetch good value (only if those STR coins are popular, and they are not now for sure) I am listening STR coins for first time.. anyway currently even Litecoins are struggling to find a secure place so I can't find STR coins in first three (or four or even fifth position)..

Alternatively you can sell this domain to any trading company having initials STR if you want quick liquidity.. (which is best option imo)

Websites don't increase a domain's value.

If you turn dvd-online-deal-stores.org into a money-making website, the domain name is still worthless. Only the website has worth.

The only way to actually have domain values increase is with time. But yeah, there is nothing you can do to increase the domains value yourself.

Create a wordpress site, add a bunch of interesting and unique content or a service that people need or want.

Have someone do SEO, optimize website speed and UI/UX, get backlinks related to the niche and then more backlinks for those backlinks.

Once the traffic is up and site is making money. Good money. Keep for 3-6 months and then sell.

P.S - It was suggested by Matt Cutt's from Google that guest posting for backlinks will be and is frowned upon by the big G and considered to be spammy.
