Stars are accumulated according to how long you have been a member here.

The ribbons you can get from the NP$ Store and all proceeds go to Charity

Yup:

Faded star = 6 months
Full star = 1 year
Spinning stars = Each additional year

When you donate to some charities listed in NP store you get that ribbon in your postbit.

Stars are free But they are only awarded based on the time. The more older the member of namepros the more stars he or she will have.

How much $np does it cost to buy paws or ribbons? I tried to buy a couple but it says I don't have enough points? I have $130NP now.
