advice How to get rid of make an offer button on GD?

Hi All, I've setup DAN landers and plan on now listing on Afternic via GD (just so it comes up on both) and then Sedo separately. My issue is the GD 'Make an offer' page looks terrible! Is there any way get rid of the GD 'make and offer' and just have the BIN button?

The landers are already here. You can use them by changing nameservers to ns5.afternic.com and ns6.afternic.com .
