How to get people to my girlfriend's site?

One day I was looking through one of those sites that suggest names with my girlfriend. I put a couple of her interests in it and it popped out PaganDruid.com. She absolutely loved the name so I regged it for her. I started coding it for her, but as a newbie in the domain world - and as one that jumped in head-first on the deep side of the pool - I found myself with a lot of projects and not enough time for them all. I've been spreading myself thin on a lot of the things I want to do and haven't been able to get them all done, but she was anxious to open her site so I opened it, even without it being fully complete.

I want to get visitors to her site. She knows I can see stats for stuff like that and wants to know how many people see her site. She asks occasionally so I show her. She is hopeful for the future and wants more visitors so I want to give them to her - but I don't know the best way to do it.

Her site is about herbalism, and stuff like that. She wants to do a bunch of recipes, talk about herbs (for food, medicine, etc), talk about nature, and eventually sell soaps, candles, organic food, and other stuff she makes through the site.

Can anyone offer any advice as to how I can get her site some more views?

design 468x60 banner(s), 125x125 buttons
on the site itself encourage people how to link back to your site.
also use digg.com if it's a new site.

I've told some of the people in my messengers and she made a couple 468x60 banners. I didn't think of doing 125x125.

I just signed up at Digg.com. I made a thing for her site, what do I do now?

tell your gf's friend to digg it, as well by putting a button on frontpage.
check out big-boards.com as well there might be pagan forums there same niche, they might visit it as well.

One thing which would long term benefits is teach her how to manage the site design + seo. It would had better if you had let her learn things step by step and add parts to the site as she learns.

for fast taffic there are many ways.

01. Social bookmarkings
02. Advertising your site in Social networks
03. Advertising in forums related to the site ( in signatures etc)
04. Make few e-books with those recipes upload them to torrents and other places.
05. find blogs related to the subject and leave comments with site link
