The email phishing incident happened where a genuine email address masked on the fake one.

On checking email header, the source IP address is reached up to email server so unable to discover the origin for the same

Neither email login page for fake email address nor website for fake email address domain is available however, the domain is registered with a registrar.

The domain privacy and protection service has been enabled for the same which shields the domain’s personal information from public display.

Can I get more information about the domain or email address from any other means as a domain registrar is not providing information?

The first method is to search for useful information in whois. The second method is to use search engines to check the past information about domain names. Other methods are not very effective，If owners use strict privacy protection technology.

For a phishing attack, I suggest that you make a text copy of the email including header, and email it to the abuse@ address listed on the whois information of the website.
