Hi guys, I am new to domain flipping. I have not made any sale till date.
I have a domain name which I am trying to sell. I have it listed on godaddy as well as Sedo. But, I can see that no one is looking at my domain name.

Can you guys tell me how to find domain names that actually sell ?

Who buys domain names? Typically it's a someone interested in launching or improving a business with that domain. So, what industries will attract lots of new business opportunities over the next few years? Buy names in those industries. Hint: crypto and cannabis are great places to begin

Sell through rate is a bunch of bs. If you have 100 unresearched newbie type names then you won't sell any but if you have 100 well researched names and you market them correctly then your sell through rate will be much higher than 1-3%.
