Tips on How to Sell Your Domains to Buyers Directly?

Hello everyone, I have some domains I want to sell directly to people/businesses who are looking for domain names. How would I find businesses or people looking to buy domains (not using auctions)? I may have a better chance of selling my domains quicker that way (or maybe not, I'm new to domain flipping) but I want to know where I could find them and how to create a sales pitch that will persuade them to buy my domains?
