How to create individual user login for customers to view statements?

hey so im new at at this and learning slowly lol, but ne ways i was wondering how would i be able to create login information for my service customers so that they could view their statements online (and eventually use paypal to pay their bills). any help would be greatfully appreciated!

you would need to use something like php/mysql.

im not sure if the address that u gave me is correct, i have my site hosted with go daddy but will i need to create a dedicated server to host the user information on or should i just use go daddy to store the database?

you don't need a dedicated server, unless you are going to make a site as big as myspace
