How to create a new web page in WP!

I trying to create a new web page for links ex' www.mydomain.com/newpage
I new to WordPress so, I am not sure!

In Wordpress you can use Blogroll to enter your links (you can find it on the top menus next to Dashboard Write Manage Comments
This will insert the links on your side menu (depending on the theme)

Alternatively you can create a static page: Click on Write then Write Page
Enter your links there and link to it from your Home Page.
