advice How to continue with outbound sales

I sent an outbound sales message to three different related domain name with my domain name telling them the name is for sale for $350 and one counter back with $250, am yet to accept their offer here is my question
If I accept the $250 how am I to continue with the transaction, I have heard about escrow do I have to open an account with them I need guardians thanks

Yes, you open the escrow. They will receive an email prompting them to sign up and deposit funds. Once funds are received in escrow, you'll be instructed to transfer the domain to the buyer. Then, once that's confirmed, you'll receive payment.

You might want to consider the cost of the escrow. Unless you agree, you'll be paying it.

I will go ahead and sign up with escrow and send them a link or escrow will send them a link to deposit money, i want the buyer to pay escrow fee

If you want Escrow but low fees, you can also try Payoneer Escrow. Their fees are very low and reasonable and for the amount mentioned by you, the escrow fees will be $10. Another option is Epik Escrow which has very low prices as well
