Hello, I purchased a webdesign that includes a flash banner.
http://www.christian-webdesigns.com/cwddemo12/index.html

Unfortunately, I have been unable to change the sample text that appears on the flash banner. The related files are: .FLA, .JS and .SWF - which one(s) do I amend to change the wordings?

I edited the text on the .FLA file and saved it, but whenever I load the index.html file, the original unamended text appears.

Could somebody please suggest a remedy?
Thanks a lot.

You need to edit the .fla, as you are doing. You then need to File -> Export which will produce your new .swf.

Hope this helps,

Andy

Change .fla

Hi,

you need to change the text first in .fla and then export/publish the .fla file for .swf cuse .swf is actully read. Also don't forget to upload your new .swf file to web server so that you can see the changed text in the web site also.
