Problem with flash site

I have make a site on flash
i sudeently delete the .fla file . Now i only have .swf fine
now when i upload it to geocities. It take more than 30 minute to load the page . someone please help how to make it fast to load

there's still hope, you can still convert it into .fla file by File -> Import - > your .swf file. (using flash mx) or get the .swf decoder ( pricey though)

it depends on how big your .swf file is if it is big then it's normal for it to load that slow, its freely hosted, try paid hosting and make sure you specify or the server can host .swf files for you and it's enabled on mime type.

or do a quickie remedy for now:
<param name="quality" value="high">
set to
<param name="quality" value="low">

the import method doesnt work mate
i mean file cannot import in the form of all layers
and decoder? i dont know anything about that .please name one of them please
