Compile fla file into swf?

Hi,

Take a look at atkims-scripts.com
You see a flash header, and I want to change the text into dutch. I already did that in the fla file, but I have to compile the fla file into swf with a flash editor. I don't know anything about flash!
I will pay someone who can help me!

File > export.
