How to calculate a parking revenue domain?

Hi, How do we calculate a parking domain value? Example I have a domain that earns more than a dollar a month at ND. Just regged a while ago and just chucked it at ND with no optimisation. Has some traffic around 200 visitors or so.

Do we calculate its value per year rev or by profit gained after reg fees?

Depending on the keywords of the domain it can range from 18-50 months revenue.
