Parking revenue traffic domain appraisal

Hi,

If you want to sell a parking revenue traffic domain, how do you calculate its sale price ? More than its yearly revenue?

I typically buy at 1 year revenue unless it's a short-lived-fad name (Like Artess.com after the brawl), shoot to sell at about 3 times yearly revenue.
But that's just me.

Depends on wht type of traffic you are talking about, is the name itself worth anything, are there any possible TM issues etc. If we are talking about a name with type-in traffic with no possible TM issues, I wouldn't settle with 1 years revenue, if the traffic comes from backlinks, it really depends on the domain in question.
