How to buy domain with traffic??

Hello there!
Tried the search but no results. Can somebody answer me the next...I want to buy a domain with traffic from someone, but paypal in my country restricted, I'm unable to send money to paypal users and so on. Don't know what to do, maybe I have to open acc at moneybookers or somewhere else? Heard about escrow.com, but when searched faq's discovered that commission is 25$ minimum for each transaction, that makes no sense to pay 30$ for domain and 25$ for transaction. I know that a lot of users of this forum had experience in trading. Could anybody help me here. I have visa electron debit card and also webmoney purse, but webmoney are popular in such countries as Russia, Ukraine and so on. Appreciate your help.

Maybe you can send money to the seller via godaddy giftcard? I have used this option on occasion when my seller cannot accept paypal.. good luck

If you have a Visa Debt card you should be able to send money to a PayPal user.

Yes, for a low-priced domain it doesn't make sense to use an Escrow service or wire transfer.

I have a friend who lives in a country where he can't have a paypal account and it is a real problem and I have sent him a Godaddy gift card acouple times when I owned him some money. In your case, you need to send money. The Visa card should work for you to use to pay. If not, can you send them a bank check and do you trust the seller to provide the domain after you pay them?

Thanks. nielsencl, the problem is, I do not trust because I found nice domains here. Ok, nielsencl, for example you need to buy a domain, seller set a price 30$, how will you buy that domain. What payment systems will you use? How people are buying domains here usually??? thanks

Why don't you use someone here with a good reputation to do the transaction for you?.

You send him the money with inclusive charges, and he/ she can paypal the money to the seller?.

Not too viable, but just a thought!.

Most people are using PayPal. If you have a credit card, you can also pay using Paypal. The other things that people use are MoneyBookers, and e-gold, but they are not as popular with those of us here in the USA. I have a MoneyBookers account, but have never used it.

The other option for less expensive domains are to use NP$, which is a money system only found here on NamePros.

Sometimes people use Western Union, but they have fees also and I don't like them much, but it's another option.

I understand that Moneybookers is available in a number of countries not accepted by Paypal. I needed recently to pay somebody in Pakistan, I used Moneybookers, and it went well. It is less simple than Paypal. However, once the account is verified (it might take some time), it works well - and apparently it is safer than Paypal, although more experienced users than myself proabably know more.
Otherwise, try to do what Mosilager suggested: I know a case of a domainer in a country where Paypal is not accepted, he has partnered with somebody in Europe for receiving payments, and everything goes well. Obviously, mutual trust is needed then.

Thanks to all. Last evening found solution.Here the lists of countries and their paypal permissions. However my country belongs to the last large list of "Send Money to Anyone in the Growing PayPal Network". So, as I understood I can add to paypal acc my debit card and verify. But I will have just one way to fund my paypal and then transfer money to someone, I guess I'll have ability to receive money too but payout to card will be forbidden. Maybe I can use some exchange services, but for now I finally found decision. Any ideas?

You will have to check, but I think you can pay someone with PayPal using your debt card, you don't have to use the card to put money into your account first.

But if you have a PayPal account and can't get the money out directly, you can still use it to buy things where PayPal is accepted, like Godaddy and some hosting providers.

Check with PayPal first before you do anything to make sure.

You won't find a domain with meaningful traffic for just $30.
