How to buy a Privacy protected domain

there is a domain name which i really need to get but the whois record of that one is at DomainsByProxy.com (private registration)

it got the admin and technical contact as <myneededwebsitename>[email protected]

domain was expired in april. and was on tdnam expired domain auction. but i missed it over there. What is the best way to get it. i dont think the person who got it off tdnam expired auction will sell it.

the current owner got about one week to renew it, then i can buy from him. so i want to contact the owner.

same goes for other privacy services too. just send an email to whatever they have listed (sometimes [email protected]) and it should go to the owner.
