How to approach the end users by email

I have some end users on my list and I want to approach them....What I want to know is how to approach them by email....

Is the following format ok?

"Hi,
This is MyName, a domain reselller, have a domain name which can help you...................
Regards
Saad"

I am very confused... :S...My writing skills are not good...can anybody provide me the standard layout which I can use to approach my endusers by email.....

The marketing pitch is less critical than the domain you are promoting. Email marketing is tedious and somewhat time-consuming. Before you do so, be sure the domain is one worth marketing to end users. Most newbies aren't ready for email marketing because they are not yet acquiring domains worth buying. There is a thread in the main forum which addresses a basic email approach to end users.
