How to approach companies with a domain

Hi

I own [keyword]rewards.com. There are 6 or so very large corporations that have this type of rewards program. My question is how do I approach them w/the domain?

In a perfect world I would approach all six and create a bidding war :) I think that might be a bit optimistic but since this is my first attempt selling to an end user, I was hoping a few of you could offer some guidance.

I don't have a price in mind...honestly I'm not even sure what to ask if at all. My first thought would be just to let them know the domain is available.

What would you include in the letter/email...what would you leave out?

This is uncharted territory for me so any help is appreciated!

be very cautious about this, thoroughly research if the said keyword is their trademark(wordmark) if this is, then you're in trouble with them instead of making money.

if everything else are ok, then use their company phone if it's a local company arrange for a meeting with the president. use their corporate email to email them.

i remember doing this in year 1999 and i ended up getting a sale for .com for U.S.$100 during those days it's a sizable amount.
