How to approach possible buyer?

Hey all, if I wanted to contact a company to see if they would be interested in buying a domain name I have (providing it would be marketable for them) how would I go about wording my e-mail so it increases my chances of at least getting a reply? I just dont want to look like a spammer etc. Any experienced tips?
