question How to add "Submit direct response" to my thread?

I posted in the buyer request forum a post but while other posts there have "Submit direct response" button at the bottom of the thread, mine doesn't. I searched google but only to find this: https://www.namepros.com/threads/how-to-create-a-send-pm-or-send-dm-button.1128441/

It's not the same with the "Submit direct reponse" button?

You can't see the button yourself i think. try use private tab and open it. we see this.
