if a domain name get banned for parking (have secondary advertiser) then how can you recover it?

from what I understand it is nearly impossible to do this.

If you are talking about a parked domain with any of the major parking companies, then weber and solarix is correct, you cannot get a domain "unfaillisted" at the current time.

You can find out if it is either faillisted for trademark reasons, or "other" - which can be almost anything.

how can one find out if it is for trademark reasons?

We have a tool for identifying if domains are fail-listed or not. We just added the ability to see if they are fail-listed for reason "trademark" or for reason "other".

Example, type in "google1.com" without the quotes into the following checker tool hosted on our site: https://www.bodis.com/account#domain-status-tool
