How promote my parked domains

I have many domains parked. How I can promote them?

you can no longer promoter a parked domain, not unless it's parked at whypark.com most parking companies prohibit it.

Buy a domain, create backlinks, submit to search engines and then park it. While doing this, just set up a mini site. It should serve the purpose. Parking companies are not against you having previous backlinks to a domain. Some don't even mind your parked domain getting new relevant links while its parked.
