Well popular CMS like Drupal, Joomla and Mambo come for free....the only cost for such a site would include domains, hosting(depending on type of hosting chosen) and advertising and marketing costs.

The CMS, are free (at least the ones mentioned above). So the cost of getting a similar site (not hosting one like mentioned above) would be the cost of designing the template to go with the CMS. I would charge around 500 euro's for site like this. Ofcourse the exact price is determined by the requirements and wishes of the client.
