How much to convert tables to tableless?

I have a 3 page webhosting tabled design (index, inner, shared) which I'd like to convert to tableless. How much should this cost?

Can I have a look of the site? I can do it for $30 to $50 depend on the complexity of the site. Recent sample work is on ZhngSuiSui. I can do valid traditional XHTML/CSS or strict XHTML/CSS.
