The age is probably the least relevant factor in value. Look at the standard things that make a domain valuable:
1. Is it a DOT COM?
2. Does it have any search engine history or traffic?
3. Is is attached to a revenue generating site?
If it does not have value, then age actually works against you because you start to feel like you at least want to recoup your registration and renewal fees and in many cases, if you don't have good domains, you can't.
If you want to sell domains fast (assuming they have value) be prepared to sell at wholesale or do a lot of leg work to find end buyers.
Appraisals are not my forte, but the ones you have listed would have little to no value in my experience. One reason I don't like to appraise is because many times people feel that domains that have no value, are valuable and I don't like being the guy to give reality checks.(Those new to domain selling typically don't like my appraisals, although they are usually not far off.)
