How many uniques a month is a lot of traffic to you ?

People always talk about traffic and the definition varies. So how many uniques a month do you think qualifies as a lot of traffic on a domain?

I would say 3000 uniques[minimum], excluding bots. So, that is 100 quality uniques each day.

since I don't have any good traffic names yet, everything above 200 uniques per month is good for me, so it's all relative

i agree anything over 2-3k a month i would class as a good traffic name

tho lower traffic names can be just as good for revenue, depending on the type of traffic it gets and how it converts ie high ctr and cpc

Concur. 500 targetted mortgage or loan hits is worth exponetially more than 25000 proxy hits.

When i look at people here at Nps selling off their sites or talking about them.... I feel that 500 to 1K visitors per month doesn't matter to them...
so i would say 2k to 3k is a lot traffic to me but overall 6k to 9k traffic is a lot lot...

tho to some people a couple of visits a day is alot of traffic! ive seen a few posts in the traffic names for sale section which 'traffic' names have had <100 visitors a month

If the domain has a site on it then a lot of traffic to me is 25k uniques or over 125k pageviews. If it is just a parked domain then it really depends on the niche.

I have about 1,000 domains parked. The most uniques that any of them has gotten in the past 30 days is 210. So my definition of "traffic domain" is going to be different from yours, if you have domains getting thousands of hits a month.

(Good thing I'm not relying on parking revenues to pay my mortgage!)

High quality domainers with premium names generate atleast 2000 uniques per day. That is why they live the luxe life by monetising them.
