How many pets do you have and what are they?

what is it? how many month? I have 3 dogs i had a bird that i hit when i was speeding up a hill but then he flew away...then i had a rabbit but it died life goes on

I love pets! I currently breed parakeets, african lovebirds, aquarium fish(large cichlids), and the american pitbull terrier. I don't know how I find time to do all this. Once, I had 14 pitbulls at the same time :tu:

I own 4 sugar gliders and 2 degus.
Probably will be having more gliders in the future but will sell them. I think 4 for me is enough.
Eventually would like to get a fennec fox. I guess you could say I am more into the exotic animals..lol.

Hi Anthony,

I got my female glider Bella in Toronto and my male Pedy up around Toronto as well. The woman I got Pedy from was allergic to him and needed to find a home right away. I got them last April. (Sugar gliders orginally come from Austrailia)

They produced twin girls that came out of the pouch on Oct. 28th. I did have plans on selling them but I just couldn't. They were just too sweet..laugh. So, I named them Estralla and Luna and now have them in their own cage beside their parents cage.

The degus you can now get at most pet stores in our area. They are pretty common now. When I got my girls three years ago not many people knew what they were. Nobody normally knows what sugar gliders are either. (Degus orginally come from Chile)

If eventually I do get a fennec fox their is a breeder in British Columbia and I am pretty sure there in someone now breeding up by Kitchener way. At least that is what someone told me at the exotic animal auction I went to last October up in Kitchener.

I grew up with goats, a cow, rabbits, hamsters, fish, cat, dog.

What kinds of animals do you have Anthony? Don't think you ever said.

I have three hamsters, two parakeets, two poodles, one cat, and 4 beta fish at the moment.

Kathy -- those exotic animals are really cool. Blame Canada for having more fun than the US when it comes to owning exotic animals. Do you need a permit to own them?

I have 2 Siberian Huskies *boy and girl* , and a Cat who escaped from my house and was missing for over six weeks but I finally found him and brought him back home.

I have a question for zoya, what is a degus? I have never heard of that kind of animal.
