As the title suggests, are you using Stripe for selling domain names?

I use Stripe a lot for e-commerce and don't even know it was an option for selling domains.
In any case their refund policy is an absolute joke, so I hardly doubt I'll ever use them to sell a domain

For e-commerce, it makes sense to use Stripe. It is no doubt a very good service. Sadly, for domains, it is still risky because of credit card frauds unless you take proper fraud prevention measures.

For individuals, it might be difficult to handle chargebacks. But not for companies like Brandpa which is using Stripe for collecting payments.

You should be able to create an account from the main website here: https://stripe.com/

Add your email and click the "Start Now" box.

Stripe is available by invite only in India. This means that businesses from India can’t sign up for a new Stripe account through our website, and must request an invite instead. We currently only support a select number of businesses, with a focus on international expansion.
