depends on parking company but most pay via PayPal.

depends on your domains, their traffic and clicks. but most of the time, not very much.

Sure, I can share some info.

#1. I do not buy keyword domain names. I could care less about them to be honest.(Que Shock and Awe)

I buy domains with quality backlinks. Backlinks are all I care about.

#2. Keywords do play a small role. They help me determine how much I can spend on a domain name.

Example; I know for a fact that specific education keyword spay $35.00 a click . Let's say I am going to get 15% of that as my rev share. That means I'll make $5.25 per click. Now depending on the amount of traffic I get to the domain aprox. 20% of that will convert to clicks.

Why is this important? Because it accomplishes a few things. #1 it tells me how much I am willing to pay for a domain and #2 it allows me to see how long it will take me to get back my original investment. Typically I look to get my investment back within 6 months.



#3. Page Rank & Seo means nothing to me. I'm not looking ot optimize or build out a website. Im looking to find cheap domains, with traffic and make money.


#4. Parking companies do matter. The best parking companies I have found so far are : Voodoo, Domainsponsor, Parkingcrew.

I know Bodis is decent but they don't pay near what I have earned at the others. I have never made a $5.00 click at bodis, however, I have had $30, $50, $70 clicks at Voodoo and Domainsponsor. At parking crew I have $5.00 clicks all the time and great conversion rates.

Another thing; I do not buy $10,000k domains to park. I try to keep all my purchases to under $100.00. Also, my goal is to make a minimum of $2.00 a day in revenue of the domains I pick.

Right now I am strictly focusing on a new program Ebatcave developed and that I'm testing which is buying Handregs. I have had great success with this as well.

I have at least 2 domains who regularly get 15 type in visits per night each. Only paying 3 cents per click though.

I have one domain gets about 30 hits per night but never a click. Don't know why that is.

First question: What is the main keyword of the type in domain?

Second: Where do you have it parked?

If you have it parked at places like Namedrive or Bodis, I would suggest moving it.


Regarding backlinks this is a can of worms I will partially open for now.

So the basics of backlinks is to find good backlinks on quality sites. When I say quality I mean sites that are related to the content that used to be on your domain name.

Another thing, just because a site had 30,000 backlinks on google doesnt mean it's a good domain name. 30,000 of hose links could all be analytic sites. Those are garbage backlinks and ones to stay away from.

I look for things like Edu,Mil,Gov, etc.. I look for sites that have staying power and will be able to feed my backlink for an extended period of time.

It may not be as easy to earn money from parked domains as in the past, but then earning in *any* way has got harder as the net has matured. It's still eminently possible to make money from a domain, but you have to work a little bit smarter nowadays (smarter, not harder!).

You have to use all the automation you can in order to leverage your time.

You can make anywhere between 5 and 500 bucks a month from a very ordinary domain name, if you develop it and monetise it correctly.

Yes you can sell a parked domain later.

Parking payment is often by cheque, often a bit of a pain.

Fake clicks can result in getting banned from parking type schemes.

I have got an email from someone with a large number of lucrative domains parked in Nigeria which they cannot transfer out yet, they say if I give them just $1m I can have 50% of the parking income. So I guess you can still make money off parking.

Example: From May 22nd - May 28th from 2 of my accounts I made $1,856.20

Explain to me how that is not lucrative for me or any other person doing this?


The problem is like anything else, education. You need to be educated about it and how it truly works. There is so much mis information out there and that's for a reason. People don't want you to get involved in parking because they feel it will take away from them making money. They feel that you will begin to buy up the domains and the market will become oversaturated.

Ask yourself this, if parking is dead or not worth it,why are there so many parking companies out there? If it's been dying since the year 2000, why is it still around and getting stronger? Why is one of the largest events "DOMAINFEST" put on by a parking company and not companies like Godaddy, Enom Etc?


Don't let others tell you you can't make money in it. They couldn't make money in it but that doesn't mean you can't do it.

As somebody who knows something about owning a parking company, I can tell you it's not as lucrative for some of us as you think. I'm sure there are some companies who make a lot of money and there are others who don't.

As far as customers making money with us? I think it's all about what you put into it. Having a lot of cash is always good, but at the end of the day as smurge has said it's not about buying those good generic domains, sometimes it's about buying domains with traffic.

In the past my rule was always take 75% of your profits and buy domains with traffic and 25% of your profits and buy generic domains. You can easily sell generic domains for a profit, but domains with traffic come and go every day.

Not everyday.

On a consistent basis..Yes.


The values are going to change. Some days I'll get $15.00 clicks, the next I'll get $50.00 click, the next day I'll get a $20.00 click.

The big point im trying to make is, there is still big money to be made in this industry and it's up for the taking if you know what you're doing.

That's the thing. There really aren't any secrets. Buy domains that already have traffic.

That's truly the only secret. Don't by keyword domains, buy domains people have spent time and money on developing traffic to. Buy domains that have real backlinks and not fake ones.
